missingWrote a review on Dec 05lack of empathyfrustrating interaction
I had a frustrating encounter with staff regarding charging the wrong card. The front desk representative, Tony, showed a lack of empathy during an already difficult time, which added to my stress. I was heartened by the manager's quick resolution, but it felt overshadowed by the initial negative interaction.

The trundle bed was a fantastic option for our family, providing extra sleeping space without compromising comfort.

missingWrote a review on Oct 24air conditioningtrundle bed
the room was nice, but good luck figuring out the air conditioning. I called for help, and they were just as confused. Can you believe there was no upgrade for my special stay? The trundle bed was a nice touch, but what a hassle to close it. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, this place is far from perfect.

great room , but some amenities lacked attention
The King Suite with Trundle Bed was spacious and comfortable, offering a nice sofa for relaxation. The modern bathroom featured a great shower, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast provided a satisfying selection, with options that catered to various tastes. Additionally, the staff were genuinely welcoming, making the check-in experience pleasant and efficient.
The overall amenities felt incomplete, as the pool area was somewhat crowded during peak times.

The spacious King Suite with Trundle Bed provided a comfy retreat, featuring a welcoming sofa and an impressively modern bathroom with a fantastic shower. The friendly staff went above and beyond, making the experience even better. Breakfast included a decent selection, and the cold meats were a delightful surprise. However, noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive, and there were moments when the pool was overcrowded, limiting our enjoyment.

would stay here again
The king suite was huge and super comfy with a nice sofa. Loved the sliding bathroom door and cool lighting. Breakfast had a decent selection, and everything was clean, from the lounge to the room. My favorite had to be the soft, fluffy towels. The indoor pool was fun too!
